Reading Perform at Your Best (by getting your head in the game) by Mike Waddell is an inspiring and motivating book. The sports analogy about team play is well used and applies to so many types of business industries. Particularly how each position/individual is important to the overall team's success. The quotes used throughout the book are very thought provoking and the movie references are great. This book is a great read for any sports enthusiast, business leader and/or individual looking to gain a new perspective on life, job or being part of any team. Highly recommend.
