Though used, all the pages are intact with no tears or dog eared corners, and the binding and front and back covers are in excellent condition. The content of the book is great as well, with plenty of images and detailed explanations of all sociological terminology and situations, plus a lot of graphs, charts etc., highlighting the material being covered. The chapter reviews are really helpful, and overall, whether for a class or just as an interest read, this book is a wonderful addition to anybody's bookshelf.
