(More customer reviews)Okay, first, I do understand being disappointed in not getting what you expected. But, it clearly states in the product description "Note: The Sippy spout is not included with the adapter cap." IMO, it's a bit harsh to trash a good product simply because you misunderstood what you were buying. Plus, the sippy spouts themselves are readily available (no need to pay pricey shipping etc). They are Avent branded sippy spouts (both the 'regular' green one AND the sport spouts fit), available at Babies R Us, Target, Wal-Mart, many grocery stores, etc.
That said: these adapters work perfectly. Simple to screw on, no leakage whatsoever, and all of it (including the Avent spouts) are dishwasher safe. Once fully assembled (adapter/spout/etc) these bottles do not leak at all!
