(More customer reviews)Okay, I know this product isn't getting rave reviews - but I think it's because most are thinking it's a step up from level 1. I used the card that came with the treadmill and then thought - I'm ready for level 2 - I'll try the weight loss one. Needless to say, this thing has been kicking my butt!
It actually takes me about 3 days to make it through one of the programs - without having to change the speed or incline. I make sure I've completed a program before going on to the next. This workout really gets me to sweating and I've noticed a big increase in my fitness as a result of using this program. AND, due to having to run through each program about 3 times it's been well worth the price.
