The book is about Frank Buchman, referred to as FB throughout, a man who had the ability to change lives of many through his teachings of self will and Christianity. This is a spiritual book and makes one question your own will and ability to change your life yourself. It is more about your own relationship with God and how you view your life than about a certain religion. It talks about sin and good and bad actions. FB's interpretation may be a little different than yours but it makes you think and possibly want to change your life. The stories are interesting but I found them a little hard to focus on them without wanting to put the book down for awhile. It is a good book to discuss with others and to take your time reading.
