It's a nice "dress-up" accessory for the XBOX 360 controller, a nice departure from the plain vanilla OEM color.
Very easy to remove the previous and install this one, less than 5 seconds.
Possibly a bit expensive, but I understand its' a proprietary item that involves NFL product licensing.
